The UP Ibalon Alumni elected interim officers last Feb.9, 2008 during a meeting held at Little Asia. Named president was Butch Robredo, vice-president, Ana Mariano, secretary, Jaze Morillo,treasurer, Balot Bernardo-Nayve,Webe Monitor-Facilitator, Sieglinde Bulaong, Liaison, Jun Olin.

The initial plan of the group focuses on updating the membership directory and adopting a barangay in which socio-civic projects will be conducted this coming June for the Back-to-School Assistance Project, September Medical and Dental Mission, December Gift-giving.

As of today the group has opened several bank accounts into which kind-hearted and civic-minded members may channel their donations:
