After a month of investigation, the Los Angeles Coroners office issued a preliminary report ruling that Michael Jackson, the famed King of Pop, died of homicide. Dr. Conrad Murray, the singer’s personal physician who said Jackson appeared to have developed an addiction to medications had been a subject of criminal probe. He claimed he attempted to pull him out of the habit. Aside from propofol, Jackson was injected two sedatives (lorazepam and midazolam) which probably potentiated the effects of profolol.
