There is always something to remember and be happy about each time Bicolanos come along for a fellowship. This is true with this year’s grand Penafrancia fiesta held in Los Angeles, California on September 26, 2009.

Expatriates and their extended families from different provinces of the Bicol region came together to have a golden moment of revelry and merriment. In their sartorial best, when the music started, the dancers and their friends were fabulous and awesome.
