UP Ibalon Bicol

MUTYA NG IBALONG 2009 PAGEANT. After rigorous selection in a Bicol-wide beauty contest, Teresa Pamela Ludovice of Daraga, Albay (center) emerged as the winner. She was adjudged Mutya ng Ibalong 2009 last Oct. 29, 2009 in a dazzling pageant held at the Albay Astrodome in Bicol.

Shown in the picture during the coronation are: TV host-movie star Luis Manzano, Mae Liezel Jaucian Ramos of Naga City, 1st runner up, Mutya ng Ibalong 09 Teresa Ludovice, Yvette Chestal Mildenberger of Legaspi City, 2nd runner up, and host Ginna Ritter-Lee, a former beauty queen and a former local TV personality.

Other candidates who won titles were: Aiko Miranda Yamada of Legaspi City was Miss Friendship; Mae Liezel Ramos of Naga City was recognized as the best in swimsuit, and best in production number. Anna Czarina Buenviaje of Malinao, Albay bagged the Miss Photogeni while Shecil Bhertie Bagaporo of Iriga City, was Miss Talent.
