The officers and members of the Bicolandia Association, Inc. of the Eastern Seaboard USA express their deep sorrow in the loss of Manay Prescy Toribio. Through its president Erlinda R. Arellano, group members of the organization extend their prayers and sympathy for her bereaved family.

Manay Prescy was one of the trailblazers and ardent supporters of the Bicolandia Association family and the the Bicol National Association of America (BNAA.) She will be missed dearly.

Viewing of Ms. Toribio’s remains is at the Gleason Funeral Home, 149th St. and Northern Boulevard, Flushing, New York (718) 459-4944, on Sunday, May 3, 2009 and Monday, May 4, 2009, at 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 10 pm.
